OUTDOOR ARTIFICIAL PALM TREES
Realistic, Durable and Inexpensive
TRUNKS: North River Palm trunks are made of pressure-treated pine--the same material used in most utility poles. They are carved and stained to give the appearance of real palm trunks. North River Palm trunks are both realistic and durable.
FRONDS: North River Palm fronds are made of steel-reinforced polyblend plastic. Polyblend is a special plastic that is impervious to deterioration from UV light. Conventional plastic fronds will fade and turn brittle after several months in full sunshine. Polyblend fronds remain green and pliable for years and years--durable and realistic!
CONSTRUCTION: North River Palm fronds are bonded to the trunk by a wedge and adhesive technique that is both simple and reliable. Windy conditions are no problem for North River Palms!
WEATHER-RESISTANT: Blistering heat, freezing cold, sunshine, rain and snow will not damage North River Palms.
VARIETY: North River's Wholesale Palms come in two trunk colors--palm gray and natural brown. Frond choices include areca style fronds and cycas style fronds. Either frond style may be matched with either trunk color. (See "Photos" for examples.)
SIZES: North River's Wholesale Palms may be ordered with trunks from 6' to 11"10" in length. The finished height of the fronds (when the tree is "planted" in the ground) will be about six inches more than the trunk length.

to your home or business.
Trees with trunks 8'10" or shorter can be delivered via Fed Ex to most points in the continental USA for $60.00 to $75.00 per tree. Trees with trunks 10' or longer have to be delivered via Old Dominion Freight Line. All trucking companies have a high minimum charge and a high residential surcharge. Shipments to a full-time, storefront business address via Old Dominion are less expensive (usually $60.00 less than residential shipments). Freight truck delivery of three or more trees is relatively inexpensive to most destinations.
The freight truck delivery fee to businesses in the Southeast or Midwest for larger trees averages $155.00 for the first two trees and $50.00 for each additional tree; the delivery fee to homes in the Southeast or Midwest for larger trees averages $215.00 for the first two trees and $50.00 for each additional tree. (Please note that only "storefront" businesses with regular business hours qualify for the business rate.) Rates to the Northeast or West are somewhat more. Please email us your zip code and the number and size of trees you are considering for an exact shipping quote.

Checks: Checks are accepted, but delivery is delayed until the check has cleared your bank.
COD: COD delivery is available with pre-payment of shipping charges. The carriers (Fed Ex and Old Dominion Freight Line) charge an additional fee for COD.
Credit Card: Credit card orders should be placed through Paypal. If you are unfamiliar with Paypal, I can send you a Paypal invoice that will guide you through the process.
